Weight Watchers - Week 1 Recap
How did Week 1 on Weight Watchers go? So far, it’s going wonderful! If you recall, I weighed in at 244.9 last Friday. Well, I decided to eat badly Friday day, night, and going into Saturday. By Sunday I was back up to 249, mostly water weight I am sure, right? I can hope. I weighed in at Weight Watchers on Monday at 247.2 which I’m not thrilled about, but it’s a starting point and here we go!
After much thinking I’ve decided to switch my weigh-in day from Friday to Monday. As I said above, I have a tendency to weigh in on Friday’s, then eat like crap Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with hopes of being back on track by Monday. Sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn’t. Given the fact I’ve been losing the same 30 LBS for two years now, trends show I usually don’t.
This can’t be healthy. Gaining and losing weight so quickly! So, for my health and sanity, I will be keeping weigh-in’s to Monday from here on out.
How was food this week? Well, at first I was eating below my allotted points (31) but then after talking to Vanessa and some other Weight Watcher members, I’ve tried to stay right on track and eat my 31 points. So far I haven’t felt a need to eat extra points, but the week isn’t over yet!
I feel happy, though. I feel like I am gaining control again. I feel like my cravings have gone down drastically. I feel like this is the start of something that I can do for the rest of my life.
I’m excited, and I can’t wait to weigh in!
